Russia’s automotive market grew 1.3% MoM in June 2026, reaching 130,967 units. Car sales rose 2.2% to 115,956 units, while CV sales increased 4.3% to 6,481 units. Trucks led growth at +6.8%, but bus sales declined 10.9% and two-wheeler sales fell 11.0%, reflecting mixed segment performance.

Japan’s automotive market grew strongly in June 2026, rising 27.6% MoM from 353,416 units in May to 451,002 units.The growth was mainly driven by the Car segment, which added 83,542 units and increased 30.2%. Commercial vehicles also improved, with CV sales up 18.4%, supported by stronger truck and bus demand. Overall, Japan showed a broad monthly rebound across cars, trucks, buses and motorcycles.

India’s automotive market recorded a moderate 1.1% month-on-month growth in June 2026, reaching 25.64 lakh units from 25.38 lakh units in May. Growth was driven by Construction Equipment (+33.5%), Tractors (+22.0%), Buses (+24.1%), Commercial Vehicles (+5.5%), and Passenger Vehicles (+2.4%). However, 2W sales declined 0.9%. Overall, strong rural demand, infrastructure activity, passenger mobility, and fleet demand supported market growth.
