Welcome to RACE ANALYTICS (the “Site”), a portal operated by RACE EDITORIALE LLP (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). 11) GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts/tribunals having jurisdiction over Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
